1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brotherhood Labs LLC's website, mobile application, programs, content, communications, and related services (collectively, "Brotherhood," the "Platform," or the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in a Brotherhood program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Ownership

Brotherhood Labs LLC owns the Platform and all associated software, interfaces, design, text, graphics, videos, audio, curriculum, prompts, program materials, workflows, documentation, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other content, except for content owned by users or third parties.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publish, display, perform, mirror, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or Brotherhood materials without prior written permission from Brotherhood Labs LLC.

3. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, Brotherhood Labs LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal participation in Brotherhood programs or for another authorized purpose approved by Brotherhood Labs LLC.

This license does not give you ownership of the Platform or any Brotherhood materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Brotherhood Labs LLC.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, and for all activity that occurs through your account. You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, or access the Platform on behalf of someone else without authorization.

Brotherhood may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account has been compromised, misused, inactive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or exploitative purposes;
• upload or transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or harmful code;
• attempt to bypass access controls, authentication, rate limits, or security measures;
• probe, scan, test, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Platform or related systems;
• collect, scrape, harvest, or misuse data from other users or the Platform;
• post content that violates another person's rights, privacy, or intellectual property;
• post, send, upload, or distribute pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, exploitative, bullying, harassing, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content;
• use chat, direct messages, images, GIFs, replies, reactions, or other communications to abuse, intimidate, impersonate, or target another person;
• use Brotherhood materials to build, train, sell, or operate a competing service without permission.

6. User Content

You may submit messages, check-ins, reflections, survey responses, media, profile information, or other content through the Platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license below.

You grant Brotherhood Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and use User Content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and administer the Platform and Brotherhood programs.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

Brotherhood may review, remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose User Content when needed to operate the Platform, enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect users, comply with law, or investigate suspected misuse.

7. Community Standards and Moderation

Brotherhood includes squad chat, direct messages, administrative communications, media, replies, reactions, and other participant-generated content. Users are expected to communicate respectfully, lawfully, and consistently with the purpose of the program.

If you see abusive, offensive, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content, report it through the in-app Contact Command option or the participant support channel. Brotherhood may respond by removing content, warning users, restricting features, blocking abusive users, suspending accounts, or terminating access.

Brotherhood may use administrative controls, technical restrictions, review processes, and participant reporting to reduce misuse. No moderation system is perfect, and you remain responsible for your own conduct and User Content.

8. Program Communications

Brotherhood may send operational emails, notifications, messages, and program communications related to your account, participation, squad activity, invitations, support, and security. Some communications are necessary for the Platform to function.

Mobile push notifications are optional and can be managed through your device settings. You may still use the core service if you choose not to enable push notifications.

9. No Medical, Therapy, or Emergency Service

Brotherhood is not a medical, mental health, therapy, counseling, emergency, crisis-response, or professional advice service. Content and program activities are provided for general informational, accountability, community, peer-support, and personal-development purposes only.

Brotherhood does not diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, or provide professional advice for any medical, psychological, psychiatric, trauma-related, or mental health condition. Do not use Brotherhood as a substitute for a qualified professional.

If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact emergency services, a qualified professional, or an appropriate crisis support resource immediately.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services such as authentication, hosting, email, media storage, video embeds, analytics, or external websites. Brotherhood Labs LLC is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brotherhood Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

Brotherhood Labs LLC does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brotherhood Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or security incidents arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brotherhood Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

14. Changes to the Platform or Terms

Brotherhood Labs LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice through the Platform or by email.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Brotherhood Labs LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the Platform in a way inconsistent with Brotherhood's program purpose.

Sections relating to ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Brotherhood Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
